DESCRIPTION:
Seth Thomas Clock Co., Thomaston, Conn., 8 day, time and strike weight brass movement column & cornice shelf clock.
CONDITION:
Mahogany veneered case in an old finish has some veneer loss on the base, and some loss on the cornice edge. Both tablets are original. Someone has attempted to regild the column tops and bases with copper leaf. Original painted dial has some small inpainted areas and repairs to the numbers. Clean label inside. Movement is signed.
